Ah ok, I understand. Alternatively, would it be possible for admin users to have a box to tick (checkbox) to "email a copy to moderators" ? Perhaps the email would fit in the program flow more easily, being a simple php mail() call? The moderators email address could then be configured in UddeIM backend.
Moderators would then be able to discuss by email outwith UddeIM.
Just an idea.
