I want to create a very simple gifts system for my

over 50s social site.
In its most basic form this is what I would like:
I will create a profile tab with images of gifts.
I am quite happy to have Stage 1 done only initially or any conbination.
Stage 1:
When the image is clicked it sends a PM to the profile page owner with the gift URL (image) in the message.
Stage 2 is to pass across the AlphaUserPoints required, check if the points are available and only send the message if they are, having deducted them as well.
Stage 3 is to enter the gift, fromid and toid in a database table
Stage 4 is to display the gifts and who from in a profile tab
