Hello,
I can use URL link as

Code:

index.php/component/uddeim/?task=new&recip=1061

to send mesaage to user with id=1061
How I can use URL link to send message to Multiple Recipients.
can I use content link plugin to do that like

Code:

{pmslink:id=1,2,3,4}

It is possible:

Use "runame=name1;name2" and ensure that ";" is used as separator.

The content link plugin supports one ID or username only.

The reason why I do not allow multiple IDs is that I try to avoid spam attacks.
