After upgrade to j3.1.5 I get this error when I try to install uddeim again

After upgrade to j3.1.5 I get this error when I try to install uddeim again was created by fribse2011
Notice: Undefined property: JTableMenu::$_observers in /test/libraries/joomla/table/nested.php on line 702

Fatal error: Call to a member function update() on a non-object in /test/libraries/joomla/table/nested.php on line 702

I can see that it has installed uddim, I've gone through the _menu table, and removed thee uddeim entry I found there, but that didn't help after the uninstall/reinstall was repeated.

Strange, I doubt that it is uddeIM that causes that problem.
I have to check this.
