Cannot upgrade 3.1 to 3.1 (error at installation)

Cannot upgrade 3.1 to 3.1 (error at installation) was created by uwfreelancer
He all,

I'd like to install the component of uddeIM but i get this message:
"Cannot upgrade 3.1 to 3.1"

Can somebody tell me how i can install the component normaly so i dont get this error (do i someting wrong?)

You have already uddeIM 3.1 installed, so an upgrade is not possible.
