Uddeim installation error makes me crazy..

Hi!
I have a problem installing uddeIM_3.1_j30 on my joomla 3.1.5 website " www.acquariofiliafacile.it "

When i try installing it, it displays a blank page with this error displayed:

I installed the same joomla version and uddeim version in another host, and all went smooth. With this host, i can't seem to make it work.

I'll post any info i can gather from the backend, so you may find why it is not working, i really can't understand the reason why.. :S

It seems that some folder access rights are not correct, so PHP cannot include the file OR the file was not installed correctly (maybe a zero length file)?

All folder accesses are ok, all folders are writable (rights 755).
You think i should change them to 777?
Which folders i should control, and what rights i should give them?
All files are correct, no zero lenghth files.
If it'useful, if i try a second time, the output changes, and i get a "no xml file" error..

EDIT: Solved the issue by giving 777 permissions to all folders involved into installation process (../administrator/components and ../components ).
Strange,though, that 755 is not enough to install..
