Hello

Sorry if this post duplicates but I cannot find a solution and I have been trying for sometimes now. :sick:

I have a French only site and UDDEIM 3.1 accents do not show properly.
I tried the hotfix with no change.

This is very deterrent to users trying to send messages.

Please check if the UTF-8 character set configured in uddeIM backend (2x: used character set and used language file). You will see changes only for new messages.
