Duplicate Emails Sent

Since upgrading and utilizing mosMail (sending via Gmail) on v3.1 I have now noticed that when sending a message to a large number of people they are receiving 2 emails containing the same message.

Sending individual messages works fine.

I use a newsletter module within Joomla that sends via gmail and this sends fine with no duplication on messages.

Any advise please?

The notification code has not been changed in the last uddeIM versions.
So when a message is delivered twice it is not a problem in uddeIM.

Maybe the PM sender used the back button and resend the message or pressed the send button twice because after the first click your server was very slow responding.

Makes sense however on looking at the gmail sent items roughly half got 2 copies where the others didn't
