bb codes don't work

Read the FAQ.

this is what i find in the faq:

Known components/modules/plugins are:
 com_clickheat from recly.com
 yvBBCode plugin from yurivolkov.com
 Rokbox plugin for Rocket template from rocketwerx.com
 Woopra plugin from rocketwerx.com
Remove or disable these components/modules/plugins and the bug is gone.

I have none of these plugins installed

so what can i do?

The problem appear only when i wrote the message. for example if i wrote a message and whant the text
in bold i don't see the text becoming bold .
But when the message is sent it appear correctly in bold.

i think this is weird, there is no way to change that? when i wrote a message and do some change i want to see the result before sending the message.
