uddeIM 2.8 (new install, not upgrade)
Issue:
Due to timeout problem with a slow server, the first installation of uddeIM failed. The component showed in the Joomla Extension Manager list, but not in the Components list, and there was a file error.
I uninstalled the uddeIM component using Extension Manager, which reported that the process was completed successfully.
Then I reinstalled the component. This fixed the functional issues - uddeIM works fine - but I received the following error during installation, and uddeIM still isn't visible in the Components list. (I was, however, able to configure it without any problem by manually entering the URL for the component into my web browser.)

So... Is there any relatively simple way to get uddeIM properly added to the Components list, so that it's easy to access and re-configure in the future?
