mod_uddeim not functioning well

Thank you for your prompt response all this while. Your response has enable your great component to be functioning well.
Meanwhile, mod_uddeim has not been functioning well as it does not pop up at all. It only stays in the Module position assign to it. Below is the page screen of its settings.

What should I do to make it pop-up

Seems to be a problem with another module that also uses the DOM onload or timer function. Check the Jacascript error log. Or it is a CSS problem so the box is not shown. In that case check your template or try with another site template.

You should also disable AJAX in order to eliminate another possible problem and use teh floating box that uses plain CSS instead of older winpoup libraries.

I have done that and the result remains the same. I have disable the module pending the time there will be a lasting solution to the issue.

The module works fine.
Have you checked the Javascript error log as I wrote above?
