I am using joomla 1.0.11, CB 1.0.1 stable, JACLplus and uddeIM,
and I have two type of users in my site; registered and registered+
I want to make a message system like that, registered can send message only to registered+ (from registered to registered is forbidden) but registered+ can send message to everyone
is it possible
