The message "Premium plugin not installed" appears when
- the plugins have not been copied to the correct location, or
- the plugins are out of date (this will also been displayed if so), or
- Joomla has no access to the files (ensure that the access rights are 0x777).
I had only one report before that the plugins had not been found and the reason was that the user uploaded the plugins to the wrong site.
That uddeIM does not find the template seems to speak for the access issue or the wrong site.
