The package might be too big, check your upload limitation in php on the server. If that is the case, either expand the upload limit, or copy the extracted zip files to the server and install from a folder on the server (ie. tmp folder).

Having the same issue. I extracted the packet and can get all the mod files to go in but not the cb_plug. I use Community builder so it would be nice to be able to use this again. I am running Joomla 1.5.26 with CB 1.8 and Kunena 1.7.2
