autocomplete not working

Hi

When I enter a name just flashes autocomplete to. I've just upgraded to 2.6 but it was the same in version 2.2 that I used before.

It is the same in all browsers,

What could be wrong?

It should still work since it has not been changed.

When you have updated Joomla to v2.5 then the Autocompleter might be broken and will be fixed with the next release.

You can update to the development version if you like. It already contains the new Autocompleter. Please check the FAQ from the trunk because it contains some important information.

I still run Joomla 1.5.25 ....

Have you checked the settings? Is the Autocompleter still enabled and on the system tab you should check the option "Load MooTools".

MooTolls stood at Auto but when I changed to "Force loading of MooTolls 1.2", it works.
