emailaddress not hidden

Hi, I got an email from a user (image)
In the betreff there is his emailadress visible.
But at the end there's written, that the email is not visible.
I thought I have activated all configurations to hide email address.
Where I have to go to hidden this emailaddress?

Have you changed _UDDEIM_EMN_SUBJECT?

In my language file it is
DEFINE ('_UDDEIM_EMN_SUBJECT', 'Nachrichten für Sie auf %site%');

So I do not see any email address?

can you show me a picture, where to check that.
