[NOT A BUG, SOLVED] Uddeim bug

Hi

Hmmm strange... I tried now and entered as Another user, and I don't have this issue... but I do have it with "admin" user... so I'm wondering if this issue can happen to any of the users...( do you have any ideas what this could be?

PS. I didn't do any core hacks to uddeim, only css styling changes..
Also I do not have cache ON..

UddeIM does not differ between admins and registered users when messages are stored or deleted.

Can you describe exactly, step by step, what you are doing, so I can reproduce the problem.

It is technically very unlikely that there is a bug.


You have not specified a very short period of time messages are kept before deletion? So messages might be deleted directly after they have been sent.

Oh now I got it, in INBOX it's written that the READ messages will be kept in Inbox for 90 days... so all messages on the second page were older than 90 days... but aren't they deleted automaticaly after 90 days?? because this really looks like a bug when entering to READ the message and then click on something else (Inbox, or any other page) and the message is moved to trash...? or it is like this like it works ?

It is explained in the FAQ that the delete/purge process is executed
- when someone enters his inbox
- when an admin enters his inbox
- never (=manually)
