Problem with greek characters was created by sv8bur

I have the same problem with Greek characters I tried to change the file greek.php in UTF-8 but it continues the same problem

Please switch the used character set to UTF-8 in uddeIM backend > system tab.

Thank you for your answer all choises are UTF-8 at UddIM SystemTab I am using uddIM ver 1.9 with joola 1.5.25

The problem is at messages when I am writing a message with greek characters when I saved it instead of greek characters I am seeing question marks
