uddeIM2.5 "Access to your mailbox has been locked"

I've set up a menu to uddeIM but i get an error saying:

"Access to your mailbox has been locked. Please contact the site admin."

I'm pretty sure that this is a "wrong configuration" problem but i can't find where i should change what.

What am i doing wrong?

I am facing the same problem & have gone to the user setting enable it but th problem still remains the same. please explain better on how I can unblock it. Thanks
