install component error

Hello guys, I tried to install the com_uddeim in my joomla 1.5 and encounter a problem during the installation. It says
* It was not possible to copy the selected file.
* JInstaller::install: Failed to copy file: /home/wisatalk/public_html/tmp/install_4e28d7c48c23e/com_uddeim/language/vietnamese.php to /home/wisatalk/public_html/administrator/components/com_uddeim/language/vietnamese.php

Can anyone help me please? Thank you

Please check if Joomla has access rights to write into
/administrator/components/

You can also try to unzip uddeim into a temp folder on your web server and install it from there.

I have tried to install from web server, but there is another error saying :
* Error! Could not find an XML setup file in the package.
* Path does not have a valid package.
What should I do?

I have solved the xml problem, but now another error occur :
* It was not possible to copy the selected file.
* JInstaller::install: Failed to copy file: /home/wisatalk/public_html/uddeim/language.utf8/russian.php to /home/wisatalk/public_html/administrator/components/com_uddeim/language.utf8/russian.php

How to make sure that Joomla has access rights to write into /administrator/components/?

You can first try to "chmod 777" these folders.

Then it might help to install the "_english" only version when your site is hosted on a very unreliable hoster (the installer script may die) and copy the language files manually.
