Premium Plugin - Moderate Control Panel

I have isntalled the hotfix for v2.3 and the premium plugins but the admin.mcp.php is missing from the premium package.
Does anyone know where I can find it?

I would like to mention though that in the FAQ pdf on page 33 it says that admin.mcp.php is part the package from version 2.3+.
You have released version 2.3/ hotfix 1, so I assumed that this premium plugin should also be released.
Anyway, could you give us a roadmap about when it will be published?

It says that is available from uddeIM 2.3+.

The first paragraph in 4.0 says:
"Note:
A donation does not mean that you have automatically access to all premium plugins. Please check the development site for more information how to get access to a certain plugin."

I have a test version available and it might be available in a separate premium package in a few weeks.
