Session Timed Out

In one user profile, when sending a Quick-message from the profile page, we see a "Message from web page" error pop-up:
Session timed out. Your private message could not be sent! Please try again.

Also, the message does not get sent and trying again doesn't help - same result every time.

We don't see this with other users, just one so far. Any idea what may be causing it?

I am sorry but the error comes from CB and I have no idea why.

Have you asked nant or beat about this?
