Searchbot gives error

It seems to be a Joomla bug:

When I use the search (logged in) and search e.g. for "uddeIM" and finds the message in the inbox the URL looks like

As you can see the "%252F" ("%/" decoded) is not created by the search plugin. It seems to work when you are logged in but when you search for a text and log in afterwards this will cause troubles while redirecting.

I have no idea what is going wrong here but it is not the search plugin itself. Maybe the SEF settings.

When you have know what causes this problem please report, so I can add this problem to the FAQ.

I turned of the SEF, and that made it work, so something is definetely wrong in Joomla 1.6 there.

I still don't get the searching.

If I log in as "medie1", and do the search, I see one of the received messages with the word letters 'hej' in them, but not the other two?

It searches only the inbox, not the outbox.

Ok, then that's clear, but medie1 has three mails in the inbox, all with the letters 'hej' in them, and it only finds 1.

Tested on my test system with three messages containing "Hello World 1", "Hello world 2" and "Hello WORLD 3" and searched for "world"... Finds all three messages.
Strange.

Strange, it only finds that one message, not the others, no matter what word I search for.

I might need to do a reinstall of J, darned.

Fortunately only testdata in it so far, but I've put in quite a lot to get as much tested as possible
