UddeIM 2.2 +CB 1.3.1 mass PM option form admin ? was created by Vallhalen

Hi all. I'm looking for something to allow only Site admin to send pm`s to all registered users with "one click" is it possible? For ex. button "select all users" somwhere in send box... ?
