Autoforward not working?

Hi Slabbi,

Autoresponder works fine, but I can't find any way to get Autoforward to work.

There doesn't seem to be any option for setting this in the frontend "settings" for each user, and though it exists as an option in the backend (an "AUTOF" flag for each user in the user settings, which can be set to either 1 or 0), no matter what I set this flag to, no messages are autoforwarded.

Any hints?

You have to enable the Autoforwarder in backend.

Many thanks for quick response. I did that - in the User Settings in backend, enable autoforwarder for "User X" (change setting from red cross to green tick), and system then pops up a new page with:

Autoforwarding: User X

New messages can be forwarded to another user automatically.
Enable Autoforwarding

I click on the "Enable Autoforwarding" checkbox and specify to whom messages should be forewarded ("User Y" for example), then save.

But when I then send a message to User X, User X receives the message and User Y receives nothing.

Is there some other setting I need to adjust?

You have to enable Autoforwards in general (message tab).

I'm using uddeIM 2.2.

The Messages tab of this component shows a tickbox for "forwarding of messages" (which I have already set to yes, but assume this is for manual forwarding, not autoforwarding?), but this tab shows no options for Autoforwarding?

Sorry, my fault. I mean "E-Mail tab". There are so many options that I sometimes forget which tab
