plugin problem and jomsocial was created by tatytour

i am using jomsocial and didn't have any plugin from uddeim.

Also I was trying do install via joomla :
plug_pms_uddeim_inbox11
plug_pms_uddeim11
and says that can't find XML archive.

What I have to do?
