The COMPOSE still showing and if an user clicks there .. it will open another page with To fields blank ...

Let me try explain again...

Public users is allow to send PMS to registred user, but we have only one user to receive those PMS ...

Is it possible open only the component in another wraper's site ??? Because it is open the all the URL and not only the component ...

When you create a menu link to uddeIM

http://yoursite/index.php?option=com_uddeim&task=new&recip=XX&nouserlist=7

the compose page should be shown with all fields disabled and a fixed recipient.
