Global Userlist not showing

I have setup a couple of Global userlists to use within uddeIM on my site. I am able to see them as the admin logged in. But when I log in as a registered user, I am unable to see these lists. What am I doing wrong?

Just discovered that I do see them in the Compose area, but for some reason I expected to see them in the Contacts area as well.
Is there a way to allow Global list to be viewed in Contacts?

Have you enabled contact lists for "registered users" (first tab, uddeIM backend)?
