Public not send, only registred user

Public not send, only registred user was created by calamusid

Hi All.
i have a problem with public plugin in uddeIM.
Form is public, but when i send the message, i have this error: "User accepts messages from registered users only."

Where is the errors?

The registered user does not accept messages from public users (see uddeIM user preferences in frontend).

Sorry, but where is user preferences in frontend?? I have only preference in backend..

I wish all public members, could send private messages.
