Hi,

Well, the uddeIM Notifier works fine (thanks :-) ) but i have 2 problems, i think the problems are linked to my css template.

* I don't want to see the notifier module in the frontend, so i put the "No output" option to yes and "Show title" in module joomla option to no.

It half-works ! I can see half of the module (I try left module position, right module position, the problem is the same). See my attached file for example.

* I can see the popup window notification but the background is transparent (dhtml floating box), i don't know is this background is normal, but i would like to use a non transparent color (white color for example).

I use the sunshine template :
www.joomladraft.net/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=6128&Itemid=73

Can you help me ?

I am sorry but it seems you are right, it seems to be your template.

I cannot do individual changes. First check why the top border is displayed (there must be html code that forces this).

When you check the source, only some Javascript code should have been inserted by mod_uddeim. There should no div tag or so.

By source, you mean what file ?
I don't know where to search the problem, in my css file or in your module files.

"View source" in the web browser. First you have to identify which structure elements are responsible for the border output then you can check the corresponding css elements.

You should install the "Web developer toolbar" which helps a lot debugging html/css code.

I use firebug on my firefox, i don't know "web developper toolbar" but i think there similar.

I make a capture of firebug when i highlight the box. (the highlighted tag build the box).

Sorry size is > 500 px

As you can see, i put in for testing in the left position.
The box appear in a <div class=module> tag, if i delete this div with firebug the problem is solved.

But in this div i found nothing for the box, only css for the popup. (i suppose  ).

Do you have an idea ?

Note : Your css/code hasn't be modified

Try to add a "Module Class Suffix". Does't matter what you enter here, it should only change "id=module" to something else.
