uddeIM 0.5b upgrade path?

I'm preparing to upgrade my Joomla 1.0.12 site to J 1.5 (finally); so I'm upgrading all the major components to smooth the way. I can't afford to accidentally trash all my users' PM mailboxes. I've already upgraded Community Builder to 1.2.2 and DocMan to 1.4.0. Now I need to upgrade UddeIM 0.5.b to whatever level is best for the J 1.0 site before migration to J 1.5.

Can someone point me to instructions for upgrading from 0.5b to the most recent release compatible with Joomla 1.0, as preparation for the J 1.5 migration?
