[Please Help] Uddeim not sending mail when PM...

Hello everyone!

I would like to say that I love both CB and UddeIM! I have one problem though.

I have CB integrated with UddeIM and when someone sends an message on the site the receiver doesn't get an e-mail although I've configured for it to do so in the configuration (back-end - UddeIM), how come?

Version:
UddeIM - 2.0
CB - 1.2.2

I appreciate any help I can get! Thank you...

When you write "on the site" do you mean inside uddeIM or from a different component?

When you compose a new email in uddeIM and no message is sent, please refer to the FAQ which contains a lot of information about this topic.
