error uddeIM 2.0 was created by Leo51

Why I'm getting this issue? Its the only component giving the problem and I do have the latest version installed. I have changed the permissions around but to no avail.

* JFTP::login: Unable to login
* JFTP::write: Unable to use passive mode

Also, I get this if I click on the "Save" button.
Critical Error: Failed to write to configuration file: /administrator/components/com_uddeim/config.class.php

Thanks, but you noticed that I said the permissions were changed around but still the same results.

However I uninstalled and reinstall with ftp turned off and all OK.
