Well, the problem is that yvbbcode modifies html code even when it is not correct (e.g. when it is found in a writeln() command). To be honest I have no idea how this problem can be fixed.
yvbbcode should use a xml parser to modify html code or use DOM but should not patch html code without parsing it correctly.
