White screen

Hello,

I have already searched in the forum, an I have tried many things, but no success.
If I send a message to more people (e.g. system message) or if I check that the message should be safed in my "postausgang", then I get a white screen.

If have checked the settings of the php.ini but these are ok.

Can anyone help me?

I have read the faqs, and my settings are ok. I have created a public menu link to uddeim and the php settings are ok, too.

When using a 3rd party SEF, try to switch it off (or change it settings) for the uddeIM component.

I do not use any SEF

Sorry but my crystal ball is broken. Either the redirection works on all pages or on none. I am pretty sure that it is not uddeIM that makes troubles. There might be other modules or components which interrupt the display output before uddeIM can draw its forms.

A last tip is to turn debugging on and to enable all PHP warnings.
