my question is how i can change the pop up design?

My pop up look how windows 95 pop up window

That is not that easy.

You will find the used styles in modules.css when you want to change color etc. When you want to change the popup effect completely you have to modify mod_uddeim.

Sorry, "module.css" is a placeholder for "popup.css" and "popupex.css". Both files can be found in the module folder of mod_uddeim.
