Can't Get Popup Notifications was created by freedomcoach

I am running UddeIM 1.9 on my Joomla 1.5.11 site but I am not seeing any popup notifications when new messages are in inbox. I set all parameters for this popup notifications to be on.

Since my crystal ball is currently broken, I recommend to check the FAQ first. There are some steps you should try.
