mod_uddeim - notify once

Hi,

First - thanks for a great component! Second, I'm not sure if this is by design or just something in my system, but if a user gets a new message the popup notifier appears every time the user changes page until they read the new messages. I'd prefer it if it only appeared once to tell them about the message, right now it gets annoying rapidly.

Thats correct since there is no feedback to the notifier if the user has already read the message. I suggest to publish the module on the front page only so it will not display a notification when the user browses the site.
