Blank screen

Seem to have a problem displaying the configuration page for this. All I get is a completely blank page.
Everything works fine on the front end though.
This is installed on a Windows server.

I have also installed this on another site, where it shows the config page perfectly.
This is installed on a hoster's Unix server.

Both sites are identical in every other respect.
Any ideas?

With "configuration page" you mean the user settings in the front end? This page does not use any special features, so there should not be any problem at all.

Oops, guess I wasn't too accurate there.
I meant the admin config page. It shows fine on the Unix server, but all I get is a blank screen on the Windows server. Everything else works perfectly on both servers.

I am pretty sure the server times out here. The admin backend is quite huge so maybe there is a limit regarding the number of lines evaluated or there is a CPU time limit.

There is no bug in the backend as you can see it works on your other server. Can you enable all warnings and error messages maybe you will get an appropriate message for that.

Hmmm, doubt if it's that. Had bigger things running on there.

Server logs show nothing unusual. Unfortunately, I can't see the Joomla logs, as they're not created for some reason. Still trying to find out why they're not being created on both sites.

Ah well. Not too drastic, as I can set the configs on one site & copy the config table over to the other site.
Will dig a little deeper into that when I get a bit more time.

edit: Oh, and well done on a nice PM system. Nice to see something working flawlessly straight out the box.

Just an update to this...
I emptied the database, then copied in the tables from the working site. Admin config shows fine now.

I did notice I still had mySQL defaulting to InnoDB, and some tables were set to that default. So, either something didn't like Inno, or it was simply a slight corruption in a table somewhere.
Problem sorted
