After sending message goes to blank page was created by RickyT
Currently using

Community Builder 1.2.1
Joomla 1.5.14
UddeIm 1.8

When ever a user sends an email it goes to a blank page. Has anyone had this issue and how do we resolve it?

You could read the FAQ first.

Move to a more reliable server.

The script dies, maybe the execution time is limited to only a few secs. Contact your provider to solve this problem.

We have several other joomla sites on the same server using UDDE and no issues.

We can not seem to figure out why this one is doing this.

It might be a SEF problem.
Are you sure that the Itemid is correct?

I changed the template from default to a different one and now it is not doing it. So guess will just change the CSS file to match how the default template looked.
