After installing CB AntiSpam 4.0.1, registration page show captcha two times (screenshot attached). Sign-up always fails due to captcha verification.
I did a few experiments:
1. Un-publishing CB AntiSpam removes both captchas.
2. Inspecting page source shows both captchas in cblabantispam_captcha" div's.
3. Un-publishing CB tab "Additional Information" removes one captcha, but also removes all fields in "Additional Information" tab.
I would appreciate your help removing second captcha from registration page.

Looks like you have 2 captcha fields. Within CB > Field Management ensure there's only 1 captcha field. What tab is the captcha field assigned to? Contact Info or Additional Information? Very strange for it to be doubling like that unless the captcha exists twice. I'm not seeing any issues with it in my tests.
