Problem with pms.mypmspro was created by ducky13

Hello there at Joomlapolis,
When I want to reply to a message sent by another user I get this error message :
1366 Incorrect string value: '\xF0\x9F\x98\x89</...' for column `cfabweb_v3_2022`.`c2jdf_comprofiler_plugin_messages`.`message` at row 1.
I don't understand why - all settings look like being correct in pms.mypmspro plugin -

Do you have any idea of what is going wrong ?

There is no such column or query in our PMS plugin. Replies are also working fine across all my test sites and Joomlapolis itself (just replied to a PM yesterday). Please re-install latest CB build release over itself then retry. If issue persists review what extensions or CB plugins you've installed as something is trying to integrate, but is doing so incorrectly.
