CB Connect / Google Sign In / Update available since Google+ API shutting down?

If you don't create a new application and instead just add the new API to your existing application they should not need to re-synchronize, but if you create a new application they likely will have to.

Thank you for the help, that worked!

Another quick question: today we started getting this error when trying to login with Google "cURL error 6: Could not resolve host: www.googleapis.com ".

Do you know what could be causing this?

FYI, this specific issue has been resolved, it was either a temporary issue with Google or our data-center that is hosting the website.
