Little problem,
I would like the registered user to be able to load images and other media into their gallery without having to be activated by a moderator / admin.
As far as I can see the rights are set correctly. Unfortunately, it does not work so well. Where do I have to look?
Approval is disabled by default in CB Gallery. Check that it wasn't enabled globally within CB Gallery > Parameters > Photos > Create. You'll need to check each type (Photos, Videos, Files, and Music) Create permissions. If Approval is already disabled there it may have been enabled for the Gallery tab within CB > Tab Management as you can override the global parameters on a per gallery output basis.

Thanks Problem solved it was in CB> Tab Management. Another small question. I would like to be notified to users when their posts are commented. Via mail or PM. Is that possible?
You can use CB Auto Actions for that. It includes a few system actions for at least on-site notifications that can be used to create an email notification if you like.
