Hi,
Since a few days, seems sinc last CB update, no one can register on my site
When all infos are written, when clicking on button, get this error message : WebAssetManager is locked, you came late
Can you tell me what's wrong in config ? Do i have to reinstall CB Core ?

WebAssetManager is Joomla's asset manager (loads CSS/JavaScript files). I've no idea what that means. Switch to default Joomla Cassiopeia template and see if issue persists as typically that's where a lot of asset loading goes on.
