CB CSS Override was created by adhillon
How can we override CSS for CB Tabs hyperlinks?
I have tried adding overrides to user.css but does not seem to work.

You can add them to user.css, but your CSS selectors need enough weight to override it. CB also has support for CSS overrides, which will always load after CBs template so wouldn't need as much selector weight.
