change user profile

I am trying to find where to edit the title beside the users name in the profile page.  See attachment.

That's the field title of the formatname field in CB > Field Management. You can change it there directly or override its language string using language overrides shown below.

That field doesn't have to be on profile though. You can move it to a tab in a not shown on profile position if you don't want that field actually shown on profile. It's important not to toggle off its profile display though otherwise it won't display anywhere externally anymore.
