We are using Stripe plugin to sign up users, but the payment is going into a Pending state. Would this be a setting in CB or is this caused by Stripe setting?
Please advise.
It going pending entirely would depend on the user purchasing. Stripe will go into a pending state if they need to verify the payment method further and can't instantly confirm payment. They'll send a Webhook to CBSubs once that process is complete so be sure you've webhooks configured properly in Stripe and in your CBSubs Stripe gateway.
