I noticed the following display when viewing Notification settings.

Please note this is a new installation with QuickStart plugin that required tweaking. (post #340368).

Strange, I'm seeing that string just fine in the CB QuickStart language files. Please be sure CB QuickStart plugin itself is still installed, published, and public in CB > Plugin Management as it needs to remain for its translations to work properly.

Retested on a fresh install and the only language strings missing were the following. Am unsure why you're missing the others, but am rerunning language parsing behavior and will have a new build out shortly that might clear up the other ones for you.

Ok, a new build release of CB QuickStart is now available fixing those 2 missing strings. Note you don't need to start over. Simply update CB QuickStart and you'll be fine. It does not re-run configuration on updates so it's safe to update. I didn't find any issues with the other strings in your screenshot though so am unsure why they're missing on your install unless those fields were changed and the titles don't match exactly anymore (e.g. extra space before/after title?).
