All events show at the top of other pages: attendees and new event

There's something a bit confusing about having the "all events" listing show up at the top of two other pages, event attendees and new event. Is this intended behaviour? Is it possible to disable or configure this somehow please?

 
 
 

That looks like a CB GroupJive Module. It simply displays on whatever pages you've assigned it to. If you don't want it showing on specific pages you'll need to adjust the modules menu assignment accordingly. We've no control over where modules display as that's handled entirely by Joomla module management.

Yes, that's right. It is a CB Group Jive module. I have an explicit menu item "events" on which I want to show the full listing of all events, aggregated from all groups. So I've selected the module to show only on the events page. However, it's showing also on the "add event" and on specific event "guest list" pages, presumably because GroupJive gives these the same front portion of their URL.

Attendee list for a specific event. Module not wanted.
.../index.php/members/events/3-committee/4-committee-meeting/attending

New event. Module not wanted
.../index.php/members/events/1-members/new

Believe you'll need to create a Joomla menu item for CB GroupJive and leave the View parameter as None. That would then be used by all other event endpoints. Then be sure not to assign the modules to that menu item.

My mistake. I had a second GroupJive module displaying! Fixed.
